Porter going to NHC

Post by HopMonster » Fri May 26, 2017 11:45 am

I took 1st in the South East regional with a Baltic Porter. Crazy enough, the beer that I though was better, and scored better, was an alternative sugar beer (honey steam beer) that did not place against 8 other entries. I took a little more care with the rebrew for NHC.

Congrats HopMonster. The final round of the NHC is an honor onto itself. Hope you bring home the metal! :D

A Baltic took second @ the comp, but it wasn't mine. I am curious to see the scores. I honestly expected to get smacked around by say American porters as mine is so delicate.
