I have a very old Brew Magic with stainless steel screens that sit above the outlet pipe on my mashtun. There is about 2+ inches of water below my grain bed making it hard to calculate and use an appropiate amt. of strike water for the grain. Other suppliers like More Beer that have items that will work? Thanks for any help.
