Hi folks,
Couldn't find an intro section so am posting here. I work in a micro brewery in Ireland and we recently got a brew magic for pilot brewing. We are firing it up for the first time next week and I can't wait. Looking forward to sharing tips and recipes with others out there.
Cheers!

Welcome to the board! Have you had a chance to get some brews through your new system yet? What do you think? I've been bad about staying active on here so I'm trying to make up for it now.

Just finished my fourth two weeks ag, too. Number five is this weekend. My efficiency had gone way up. Not sure if it is the system or the new grain mill, which I picked with system. My last beer, an IPA, og was 1.082. Shooting for 1.07. Not sure if the American ll(1272) is going to be able to ferment it all the way out. After two weeks transferred to secondary still at 1.032 and warmed it up (68-70, was in the mid 60's) see if that will do it.
