Adroit Theory in VA
Old Ox in VA

Adroit is in production, but Old Ox is learning on this pilot until their equipment from Flying Fish gets here. Adroit is also working on getting a 10BBL. There is only so long you can brew at tiny scale and stay sane I suppose.

Worth Brewing in Iowa brews on a BM: http://worthbrewing.com/index.html

Blind Bat started on a BM, but has since stepped up: http://blindbatbrewery.com/page2/page2.html

I personally think Nano on a BM is crazy, unless you have no plans to make a living and only wish to get your name out there and pilot your beers. If you were to try and actually make a living, I think you'd have to do so much brewing it wouldn't be feasible. I know Worth Brewing does okay, but I don't think he's getting rich. Not that anyone should do it for the money, but it'd be hard for me to walk away from my current income to scrape by with an undersized Nano.

I knew Dr. Bat stepped up to a pico some years back. I see he is expanding to a full time facility with a tasting room. Good for Paul.

Well, the Whip In - formerly Namaste Brewing - now known as Kamala Brewing since Dog Fish Head wins that round - brews every day on a V350. They just won a nice GABC medal with ~the BITTERAMA: a classic ESB made w/bergamot 8.2% abv.

Drinks better than it sounds. Anyway - they really work hard and put out very good product when you can get it. Grab a growler if you swing through Austin.

Hey,

New here. I bought my BM based off of watching the process @ Great Storm Brewery in Colorado Springs, CO. They have since modified their BM to process 1 BBL batches (with Blichmann Kettles), but he still has the orig Keggles around.

They have an IPA called Seven Wolves available on Nitro. Simply Amazing...
